Subject: [Idea] Quote and Like in Sokker Forum.

A quote function and likes it on the forums, especially, but not just, this one of suggestions would be of great use. What do you think about this?

It would be great if we could do a "finger up" and a "finger down" on a reply, or "+1" and "-1". Would be simple to implement and would be great for forums.
Also there should be an option to sort top comments to be on the the first pages so that it becomes easier for new members to scroll through some of the best content without having to look at every page individually.
As a new user , i found it extremely frustrating to look at every single page to gather some information, because most of them are spammed with some casual replies.

I hope the whole forum has a completely new design with some features taken from dedicated forum web sites

1. Following threads should be allowed.
2. I don't care about likes (I think it adds no value, but sometimes is ok), but quoting must be on the list. Currently it is a mess trying to answer someone when others had replied before.
3. Tags would be nice in order to search threads or messages with the same topic.
4. Report abusive comments feature, definitely on the list
5. Something like advanced search feature within the forum, for example, searching by user name, tag o keyword, etc...

I would keep adding things...

I think it would be good to implement the options to quote a user within a post.

Also that they will allow you to place emojis without having to implement all the bbcode

that quote required copy+paste+italic and if we have many pages, there is no way to search the original comment.

It would be a nice feature the quoting option.

Thing is... make quotings 1 point events and prevent quoting cummulations...
I remember on hattrick forum, this feature was there, but you often had 10x quotes within another quote...
Make it a feature in which you can only quote "unquoted" posts...or forums will become flashback books...

Really, that's going to be the case if there's no limitations on quoting...
