Subject: [idea] Form Tendency & Counseling

I think, if you look at most players irl today, at the age of 16, their "position" is decided!
So it means its clear which position they should play. That's why I stated before I'd like to see a more outlined youth player when he comes out of the youth. With 1 right column skill clearly better than the others, so he should receive training in that order to be able to fulfill his potential! That way, if he's playing on his position, his form will at least not drop drastically!

I have 3 strikers, and their forms are: 0, 3, and 11. Currently they're playing with MID order... wow such enjoyable season :p.

As far as I know, it works like this, a random number from -3 to 3 (a guess) is added to the form, and that is it.

if it was like that, form would go up and down and sometimes stay in the middle. But most players are constantly near to top or near to the bottom, if you just let them play like usual. I guess there is a tendecy factor, and in my eyes tsolias tries to influence this factor and it looks that he has some success.

years ago greg said something like form implementation is so complicated in sokker that he doesn't understand it himself and that he will never change it. Probably form takes some strange variables from other elements of the game, like match minutes, position, activity, who knows.

Well that's great approach and I agree if you don't know something better not to touch it.
But is just a code so should be able some one to read it he can share it :)
