Subject: [idea]U-23, U-24 or U-25 National Teams
For people like me that love national teams in this game, a creation of a U-23, U-24 or U-25 will be a good one... U-23 since in real life have the U-23 teams also, but i think that maybe people will do not see as a good idea since basically you will work with just U-22/-U23 since have the U-21... U-24 maybe will be the best idea, since you can work with 3 age generations (U-22, U-23 and U-24) and U-25 to work with 4 age generations but also maybe not a good idea since NT teams usually start to use U-25 players... but at least a U-24 i wanna see it, probably a more dynamic game than U-21 and also will make the communities still have a eye on these players that usually be lost since NT start to use players when they start to have 25 to 27 years old.
I think also in a U-18... but since the skills will be not in a good level and probably more difficult to find U-18 players, maybe not a good idea... maybe a U-19 colud be a good idea... but i think U-21 be the lower NT in terms of age is already good.. .just need something in the middle in U-21 and NT.

I think making so many U-NTs would become in people losing the interest in NTs at all
Just make the chance of forcing a NT to arrange U-anything friendlies and many NTs will play more often like that

I disagree with you because my thinking is simple ... I do not believe that people will lose interest, NT is NT, just one more option is to just help NT in the future and not the other way around ...
Force NT teams to make U-24 / U-25 matches for example? What realism is there in that? Do we happen to see in real life Germany and Brazil making a U-24 / U-25 match? No ... what they make sometimes is use a B or C-Team to test new options, not the opposite ...
The idea of the U-24 is making people still encouraged to train these players after they are 22 years old.

NT and U21 NT never overlap. What is gonna happen if you add some of those proposed squads? Are we gonna have players playing for both U21 and U23/U24, or playing both Senior and U24/U25 NT.
Senior NT is the main national squad, U21 is a nice incentive to train youngsters, no more is needed.
I am in favor of custom NT tournaments (U27, U25, etc) where you can be sure that the opponent is not gonna use old players, but I am against new NT squads.

Basically there's no NT for players at age 22~25, that sucks a lot. Isn't it great if a player at this age train with 100% effectiveness playing only one time with his club in a week?
I am really curious to know why is too much... better make a U-24 NT to continue have the segment of the coach see these players in the end... also make custom U-25 in NT i do not see a good thing, NT is about the main team... a coach in NT needs to see the best options and not prepare about 9 generations at same time.
Nobody changes the whole team every season. You usually have an A team (around 30yo) and a B team (U27). That's more or less enought to give continuity to best young players
Maybe big NTs have a problem with 22-25 yo players, but that's the job of a good NT coach :)

in U21 you change, every season is a different team, even in NT i usually see this, watch the Romanian squad from last WC final and how much players is still playing...
Thing is... NT coach is responsible for players of 22-32 years old, there is no continuation in the evolution of many of those players who have just left U21... there is no NT coach who will be able to observe 8-9 generations at the same time.
And also U-24 will be very cool to watch, a more dynamic game compared to U-21.
