in U21 you change, every season is a different team, even in NT i usually see this, watch the Romanian squad from last WC final and how much players is still playing...
Thing is... NT coach is responsible for players of 22-32 years old, there is no continuation in the evolution of many of those players who have just left U21... there is no NT coach who will be able to observe 8-9 generations at the same time.
And also U-24 will be very cool to watch, a more dynamic game compared to U-21.

Nobody is going to want to have their player playing 3 matches in 1 week...and thus risking injury for an additional extra 50%
But about the injuries, when i talk that sokker was need to do not put injuries in NT matches... some idiots that never watch NT/U21 matches talk that this was not to change btw... heh

instead of make that, was just take off the injuries in NT matches... make like youth league matches, player injury in the match, but not in game, so he can play other matches and he will have no problem in his club...

1) Thats sokker ! Progression is totally linear, most of our top players are U27+. When we play U18-U26 we don't play with top players (Over 27) during that time and the calendar is not extensible.
2) A bad deal for many small nations. For many nations that s doesn't make sense, they could play U24 off course, but they may have 4-5 U24 top skills players only and they dont need to play with poor players that will never reach a top level at max (30 years) !
3) Not enough top players. U21 is already a NO challenge game for many "small nations", since they can't even find 11 descent players just in position. France, U21 — that is not considered as a small nation (top 10 rank) — it's now impossible to adopt any king of strategy because we doesn't have any top players in all positions. During (this current) U21 World cup many nations adopt a direct play because they clearly doesn't have enough players for playmaking and more complex strategy. Defend and pushing the ball forward for 3 strikers (exactly like juniors top league) . That's is sokker now. And we discuss about U24 , U23 ...
4) We already have community challenges and that's fine. U27 euro, African, asian cup, mama mia U20 ... Nations can find a competition that suits their needs and level, or then, can create their own competitions. Want a U25 challenge ? Do it yourself.

Another issue I have with this is that it is just gonna be the same players who play.
Let's say that two players are members of U21: Players A plays, Player B is on the bench.
They age...
They play for U24: Players A plays, Player B is on the bench, AGAIN.

Where you get a good coaches/scouts for this? There is a huge problem to find them for current two squads.
Please don't use the strongest country right now as an example, it simply doesn't work for 95% of the countries. For me, it could work, but only as an extension of current system - just add one more match on monday for this. No special teams for this, no world cup.

one more category will not harm i think more than that will be too much
NT positions is really a job and is hard to find somone that have time and dedication to do it not just for fun but seriously, But if we have good tools for NTS inside sokker like transfer tactic form onw team to NT and NT db inside sokker why not. So i will be up for u24 or u25 even
