i would say to give NT coach the option to organize officially unofficial (U23/24/25/26/27) tournaments during the WC season for teams who did not qualify to the World cup and for the teams who quit the tournament lately. The same could be done with U21 and unofficial U19 tournament. Both can be done as part of already existing national teams. If NT coach privileges could be shared with assistants, they could take care of the U19 team for example

NT and U21 NT never overlap. What is gonna happen if you add some of those proposed squads? Are we gonna have players playing for both U21 and U23/U24, or playing both Senior and U24/U25 NT.

We can keep some kind of a rule that if a player in a particular week can only play for either the senior team or the U24 team. The 2 coaches can decide between them about which players they'll need for that week. Coding this won't be too hard.

Nobody is going to want to have their player playing 3 matches in 1 week...and thus risking injury for an additional extra 50%

As I said earlier, the DEVs can code it in such a way that a player can only play for either the senior NT or U24 in that week. He can't play both games.

2) A bad deal for many small nations. For many nations that s doesn't make sense, they could play U24 off course, but they may have 4-5 U24 top skills players only and they dont need to play with poor players that will never reach a top level at max (30 years) !

But the point is that even moderate players may have a role later on for the U-24 even if they don't make the cut for the senior NT. Not every player is a superstar and the smaller players get a chance of contributing in their own small way and that's what the point is.

3) Not enough top players. U21 is already a NO challenge game for many "small nations", since they can't even find 11 descent players just in position.

We still enjoy the U21 games. Please speak for yourself unless you have actually talked to users from small nations.

France, U21 — that is not considered as a small nation (top 10 rank) — it's now impossible to adopt any king of strategy because we doesn't have any top players in all positions.

It's all about making the most of what you have and having achievable goals. There are still countries with lower ranks in real football who have no chance of competing against top countries. It doesn't mean they just stop playing football.

4) We already have community challenges and that's fine. U27 euro, African, asian cup, mama mia U20 ... Nations can find a competition that suits their needs and level, or then, can create their own competitions. Want a U25 challenge ? Do it yourself.

U-24 is all about keeping players of ages 22-24 relevant and interesting.

Another issue I have with this is that it is just gonna be the same players who play.

Let's say that two players are members of U21: Players A plays, Player B is on the bench.

They age...

They play for U24: Players A plays, Player B is on the bench, AGAIN.

Not really. There might be a player who comes out very late at the age of 20/21, but he has really good talent. Then he can easily replace the player who was playing for the NT at the age of 19 but doesn't have the best talent. Players who come out of the junior school at the age of 20/21 are still important and relevant because of this.

Where you get a good coaches/scouts for this? There is a huge problem to find them for current two squads.

Sokker has plenty of users who can take care of U-24 teams. It also means that many people will get an experience of handling NTs. It's a really interesting concept.

Indeed...That's what I suggested in the post after that one...

Plenty users? Thats a joke or you just comes from the moon ? :-p

Who and where ?

- Boring elections with 1 vote
- Same (old) guys that do (the hard) NT job
- Plenty of nations with less than 8 users (and maybe zero Young schools )
- A nation with one user, one young school and one 'native' coach (for the joke)

And we talk about official U24 - U25... Seriously guys.

you call me old makes me sad :(

I'm not talking about the distribution country wise but at an overall level since a coach doesn't just have to be from that individual country. Since the game is so popular in countries like Poland, Italy, Romania, etc, I'm sure there will be some players who will be willing to coach a country like say, Luxembourg which has just 1 user (since you've mentioned Luxembourg in the link). Even though Luxembourg has just 1 user, it doesn't mean that now they've stopped playing NT games.

Who and where ?

Check the above point.

Boring elections with 1 vote

It doesn't matter as long as there is a coach.

Same (old) guys that do (the hard) NT job

Really appreciate the work done.

Plenty of nations with less than 8 users (and maybe zero Young schools )

That's a reality for now but as the DEVs have said, more number of users will be joining in the future after the game upgrade.

A nation with one user, one young school and one 'native' coach (for the joke)

Check the above point.

We should still go ahead with it. Even though there's just 1 user in Luxembourg, it hasn't stopped him from coaching the team and trying his best for senior NT. There's also a U21 NT coach for them which indicates that people are willing to even coach teams with 1 user.

Are miss the main point or acting like you don't understand? it does not have any indication or evidence that shows — contrary to what who claimed — that it has "plenty" of users concerned by NT. In the contrary, implicitly, you admit it : "It doesn't matter as long as there is a coach.".

Thanks, NT can survive.

I'm not talking about the distribution country

And me im talking about that.

Not only sokker need more "users concerned by NT" but more "NT communities", because the first cannot happen without the second. When "small" nations loose users at a point that "community" mean nothing, everything fall into a ridiculous absurd discussion:

"Even though there's just 1 user in Luxembourg, it hasn't stopped him from coaching the team and trying his best for senior NT"

Seriously?
