The new training system already gives advantage to homegrown players since you Can train different things

But if any bonus to play, form bonus could be good idea realistically wise (also since options for controlling that should be added)

ive heard before about this attendance bonus is that official i never was full aware of it how it works?

Match Attendance

Depends on:
-Size of the supporters clubs of both teams
-Fans mood of both clubs
-Match type
-Weather (roofs can help in keeping attendance on raining days)
-Ticket prices.
-Stadium size and stand types.
-Fan preferences on the different types of stands.

that is all mentioned for attendance

That would not make sense if they get more bonus skills points.

The bonus should be financially. When contracts are implemented, buying players means higher wages compaired with players with the same skills from own youth. That is also what happens in the real world.

Specially wih the first prof contract, renew contracts is a second contract and that means more equal wages with players that are bought
