If one user can have 2 teams in 2 countries? Its will be greatfull for old users to start with new team (of course without tricks).

Polish managers will take over all countries. Way too many managers from 1 country to make this idea work well for all managers, specially the natives in small(er) countries. And even without 1 too large country this idea would be bad, managers from other countries becoming 'national' champions. It is already hard for new managers to make it to the higher leagues, with way more experienced managers from foreign countries, it will become even harder.
Start a women league, an indoor league, or whatever option there is that is football, but not second teams in the existing game.

For community that need more users to challenge (small country and low devs are full of bots now)

So national leagues are won by foreign top managers? National forums turn into Polish forums or some other larger Sokker country that takes over?
This would ruin the game for almost all, if the same managers will be on top in other countries as well. No reason for new managers to keep playing if they have to learn the game in the same league as experienced player. I already know who will be in first division first and make it impossible for new managers to make it to the top.
The only option is a new league, that is not mixed with the current league.

maybe can create a fake country and there all will be 2nd teams? I dont know :P
I dont like the idea of 2nd team but it is not bad at all.

small countries should be merged with out any dudes, about having a 2 team i am with Charles, if that happens, we will make a giant polish community in all the countries, there would be more polishs guys that people from the country with their first team´s, so i think is -1, maybe with a better idea could be but i think is non-viable!

hi, i don't know if we talked about it but if we prevent second owners in small club countries from voting for the coach elections? wouldn't that be a solution? the locals would always have their hands on the selections, that's what matters.
It's the forum spamming and the lack of chances to play for prices in your own country that gives the biggest issue. The NT... that would be only logical imo.

No, but it might be that your forum becomes Polish... or Romanian, or whatever... because the majority of your countries teams are 2nd teams...
anyways, i understand Kadirou, here in Argentina the forums are inactives, except 3 or 4 threads, i dont want to imagine in the countries with less than 20 users, they have to make a merge in the small countries, if not they will never grow up.
