Subject: [BUG] Can not promotor junior

I can not promote junior.

After link click: https://sokker.org/juniors/action/Promote/juniorID/26767966

I can see error message below players list:
Error: Double junior promotion.

Player is still on the juniors list

Log out and log in again on firefox, it will work there afterwards. It helps with the following problems:
1. can't accept friendly game
2. can't put players on transfer list
3. can't get junior out of the youth school
