Users are paying for a feature in their membership that does not work.
In player notes we should be able to make 100 public notes and another 100 private notes for players.
When a player becomes inactive you can’t remove their note. Therefore you hit a limit and the feature we pay for is no longer available.
To make it worse, this bug obviously affects managers that have financially supported Sokker the longest.
I’ve heard on the forums that this bug has been around for some time which makes it troubling why this hasn’t been fixed but you continue to take the Plus payments.
Will this be fixed or will you compensate Plus subscribers? Your Plus subscribers are the heart of your business.
