Subject: Youth reform - poll
i dont think its a good start, since the last statement is page 2 ;-)
judging from this last statement, it goes in a good direction but very imprecise at this point.
Raul seems to not understand what is a "balanced" drawing, this could ending to an even worse reform.
Months ago I had already warned about juniors and set up a petition about junior school. I have the unpleasant feeling that we're back again at the same point and Raul still doesn't understand the whole problem.

I voted I don't care.
It will end the same way as it was with anything they proclaimed will work better:
- better communication with players, we hire strus as our spokesperson - he is more active on Transfer forums than on official one (yet 2-3 posts per half a year on transfer forum is a good indicator)
- "benefits for NT players" - glorified profits, increase in attendance and all other empty promises. In the end we get friendly match treatment for official matches that makes lot of coaches hides their players skills
So even thou we are the ones that will chose what will be a priority and suggest changes in particular reform, it will still be done with staff/devs/owners vision - which sadly enough is not correlated with current game state

I dont care. None of the proposals are well thought and they will probably never be implemented anyway.

Well, i think is the most necessary reform, but not in the ways devs are exposing (too hassle on the club instalations and none on youth academy control, balance or fairness). And i think this reform is critical, because it changes the way of feeding new players to the game, and to avoid absurd market mechanics (youth lotto in fact) we are living.
And i do not vote "don't care" because i would love a youth reform. But not this (with some exceptions).

Maybe another change in the game with bad implementation.
Not against the reform itself but not trusting they are going to solve the problem wich in the base doesnt need a reform.

1st of all: thank you a lot for the ability of users like myself to take part in the development of this nice game :-)
I like the actual randomness of the youth system very much so in my opinion there is no need to change anything.
Maybe one thing: there is no use for 18 y/o newcomers skill below 5 and only few weeks left for training. These players are fired as soon as they enter the academy. Well - unless their name is "Franz Beckenbauer" or similar ;-)

I rated them with 3 there some good things like level limit per age but most of the rest is bad
who cares of youth games where random is all you do not know the skills and quite easyly can put striker as defender adding importance to them is super bad...
facilities are neither good neither bad most of them are to get money from game wich is ok but rich teams will not be harmed new teams on other side will have another obsticlae to progress ..

i dont want play youth league dont want watch youth league they all random. Please dont force to us.
1, they don't fix anything. You'll just end up with the same problems in a few seasons time.
Maybe I'm the only one who doesn't get the poll?

But you probably have the same system as Germany, where 1 = best :P

No in Switzerland 6 is the best. So 1 to 5 seems fair, as an idea rarely got rated a 6 ;)
These poll results make me despair. It's just more Pay To Win, in a game where the top clubs already have too much money and the new clubs not enough.
If the game goes ahead with this, I'm abandoning my youth team. Let someone else do the work.
