Subject: [Idea] max. 2 seasons in youth school

The young should only be in school for a maximum of 2 seasons. Since calculations are done in steps of 4, there are also hardly any divine yeses, only in extreme cases it can happen. But 2 seasons is already a long time.

Without a decent youth reform, this would ad nothing to the game. Now they are at most 2.5 seasons in the youth...

Actually, I guess 19 yo get more skillsum gain per week by staying in ys then by training, you just need perfect distribution when pulling xD

Limit the academy time? When it's the same rate of progress except to random faculties but at the cost of 1 coach and not 4 plus an advanced training spot? Are you sure? Are you realy, realy sure you'd like to reinforce the uncompetitive player-rearing teams?

I agree the levels of knowledge afforded to a manager about players from the market and their own youth teams are switched around here. That doesn't bother me at all because it's geared toward those fun youth team games.

And from that perspective, although all these players' skills are only visible in the context of their daily performance among the influence of the opposition, and even though players mutate throughout their stay at the academy, the one fixed variable is that these players can't regress. So if you ascertain something, you have it at the disposal. Then the longer stint is going to be an advantage to the discerning coaches against those picking on a whim.

You don't need 24 youngsters per season for your senior team. Let some of them play youth.
