Subject: [Change] Injuries in National Team
There is a very easy solution - doesn't even need anything special. Just make NT stadiums obligatory - they are already created.
Only thing that needs adjusting is making it possible for the NT coach to change pitch size however he wants. Because this is why people change stadiums for NT matches and it is imo good additional tactical weapon.
So, the point of my comment was to arrive at a solution. I agree with you.
It's making a stupid choice that's foolish, not the person.
My Google Translate English isn't perfect, but calm down.
We should still be able to find a simple solution that doesn't require a lot of work, to avoid problems.

And I think it's better to have a system that allows for good or bad choices; it helps educate those who like to abuse the system. Normally, the community confronts people with their choices, and that allows them to grow and become more independent. In that respect, Sokker has always been a perfect game for this. Debate and conflict are necessary for progress.. and everyone can make mistakes, but that's no reason to cancel someone. The right to make mistakes is important and emancipatory.
But when people become mindless fanboys, it gets complicated.. and getting so worked up over things like this is really sad, so we might as well do what's necessary since people don't want to take responsibility.

I disagree. If you consider using pitch quality to be unfair then same should be about pitch size. Pitch size can have big effect on how one sets up tactic. Why is that okay? Pitch size can favor players based on pace while pitch quality can favor players based on technique.
Btw studio doesnt show where game will be played at?

Btw while I disagree with you on some things, I agree that debate is good. I think thanks to that devs can make the game better. It will never happen that everyone has the same opinion on everything.

In real life, the dimensions are different; some teams prefer large fields and others small ones, and you adapt accordingly.
We see where the match will be played. I saw beforehand the terrible field I was playing on, and I adjusted my strategy accordingly so that you would suffer the consequences.
I remain convinced that by playing your game you had the means to block me, and in the end you lost your way trying to be clever.
(And I waited to see if there were any injuries before opening it)
I understand that the fact that it's a surprise isn't very fair either, but you could also lock the field size change between Thursday and Sunday, so no one would be surprised.

Why is that okay?
Because it doesn't hurt legs and eyes. No more excuses, back to NT stadium only, it's perfect, easy, solution.

"I disagree. If you consider using pitch quality to be unfair then same should be about pitch size. ... "
It seems that you haven´t read my post.
Reading it would help the debate.
So, I repost it here, one more time especially for you:
----------------------
Playing on a pitch in poor condition allows the home team to adapt their tactics—for example, by choosing a setup with fewer runs—to minimize injury risks. This creates an unfair advantage, as the visiting coach remains unaware of the pitch conditions and cannot adjust their strategy accordingly, leading to a disproportionately higher risk of injury for their players.
+
Pitch dimensions can be an injury factor, but definitely not as high as the pitch condition factor.
-----------------------
You asked:
"Btw studio doesnt show where game will be played at? "
Yes; until the host updates the venue, the national stadium is displayed by default. In most cases, this change occurs only minutes or hours before the match, and not everyone is online on Saturday morning to see it.

For me, a fair solution.

For me, a fair solution.
I thinks also, but I understand that some people find the stadium's surprise factor interesting, it allows weaker teams to gain a slight advantage.
Ultimately, the debate would revolve around this, the final choice wouldn't necessarily suit everyone, but that wouldn't be so problematic.

Btw you keep saying "you" . Im not the coach. Just observer :))
I think the discussion got too focused on morality and blaming a person, instead of the Sokker mechanics.
Sokker isn’t fair by design. There are many built-in disadvantages and randomness:
Most transfers ending at 19:00 (middle of the night in Asia)
some leagues play cups on terrible pitches all the time (bots), others rarely
youth school luck
coach search luck vs spending millions
So the real question isn’t who is immoral but it’s what the game should allow.
If poor pitch condition is considered unfair, then we should be consistent - pitch dimensions can also create advantages and even injury impact. That’s why I don’t like the double standard where one tactic becomes a moral issue.
I think it is better to focus on solutions:
minimum pitch condition for NT/U21, and/or
lock venue changes by a deadline so both sides have equal info, and/or
make NT/U21 arcade-style (no injuries/training impact).

As an observer (but not a silent one), as you said, you completely agree with the “strategy” of your NT coach.
Should he have said “them” ? Still hope there are some USA users left to disagree. Cheese !

USA U21 - France U21 0:3
This is the stadium that caused controversy for days.
As a former US U21 coach, I chose stadiums used by American club teams. My aim was to draw more attention to the US U21 team.
I also preferred 64-95 meter pitches for tactical reasons. However, I avoided stadiums that didn't have "God's Grass" surfaces and weren't 100% maintained, as I knew this could lead to injuries.
I saw what was written on the US U21 forum. I think this situation has gotten out of control. I invite both sides to peace.
Also, US U21 coach Cristoph expressed his regret after the injury. I think he also believes that choosing this pitch was a mistake.
Best regards to my American and French friends.

I'm using Google Translate.. I think you're old enough to understand the meaning of my sentences and any potential mistakes.
In the end, you're saying the same thing I'm saying.. what's stopping you from acting accordingly?
Do you necessarily need authoritarianism to do things right?
That's precisely what I like about Sokker, it gives you a choice, it's free and emancipatory.
The center, i debated this point for years in France, trying to prove you wrong, and it wasn't easy, haha. But it's not all luck, there's a hidden part of the game that helps improve the NT. But that's for you to discover. ^^
We did some statistics in France on the number of talented attackers per club over 10 seasons. The results are actually quite consistent. (Of course, it's not the same thrill to have a midfielder or a defenseman, or a goalkeeper and a striker. I agree with you on that, but the number of good potential players is fairly even. (In any case, the engine generally gives the same number of good potential players over time.)
Transfers are a problem, yes, but I'm not sure there are better solutions. Personally, I'd prefer direct sales after negotiations, but there would be too much cheating.

Yes, I exaggerated, and I shouldn't have dragged you into it (I thought it was a shame for you given your excellent qualification.. and my words got ahead of me ^^).
But I'm calm, haha.

I totally agree with you on that point.
Before my comment you wrote:
"why do you think it is lack of respect and fairplay?"
That was the reason of my answer, to show you my point of view about fairness. Nothing personal here, just sharing my point of view.
