Subject: [Change] Injuries in National Team
This is stupid instead to adjust ratio according to games per week they will make Poland unbeatable ...
What does it have to do with Poland being unbeatable? :D
And they plan to adjust the injuries with new cup
And they plan to adjust the injuries with new cup
I'm more interested in how they're going to integrate another game into training and finances but that's a question for another day.
No training, no injuries thankyou. The benefit is very small to an even smaller group of players and equates to about 13 weeks out of 26 for most. On top of that, it encourages managers to hide their players.

Is this for NT only or for U21 also?
NT ok, but U21 absolutely not ok!
Poland and some other big countries will have even more advantage as they have already.
Please change the poll, the poll should say NT and U21 or except U21.
The current percentage does not give the truth now.
Next to that, the extra match is not helping, i this match you will have to play with a strong team without trainees.

They making much harder to build NT players and compete and will give you chance to use all players is that not obvious ?
First they need to show the plan how injuries will be adjusted in new competitions
None of options are ok..

Correct, this is helping Poland and big countries only.
Of course the percentage is a bit high, all big countries want this to happen and it will destroy all small countries.
The same as in the real world, rich People do destroy poor People with this kind of behaviour.

Training for nt is less important. cos older players already play in their clubs no need minutes for % in advanced , they can only get injured :(

explain HOW they are making it harder to build NT players and HOW is gives big countries a chance to use all players
it's completely illogical to me
16-20yo players DON'T play in u21 NT anyway, they have to be trained at club. Club owners do ALL THE HARD work. I know because every season I have top 16-19yo players and they NEVER get training from NT. Never. And at 21 I don't care if they play in NT because it's EASY to give them playing time in club. The hard part is when they are 16-18yo and have bad skills. But then the NT doesn't care about them, the u21 coaches wake up when the players are already ready.
as for "helping big countries"... Poland has ~ten 3x 18 ATTs. Do you think that an injury for a top NT striker will hurt more Poland that has 9 others or Austria / Bulgaria / Greece who have only 2 or 3 good ATTs....?

No injuries/ no training. Its the only reasonable answer and way to keep NT interesting, with no risks and fights between club and NT coaches.

I honestly don't see your point
what difference you have between Polish and non-Polish 16-21yo players? Most of the non-Polish players are trained in Polish clubs anyway
and at 16-20 players get training only from their clubs, when someone gives training to 16-18yo players, then at 21yo it's really not an issue to keep training the player

I would argue the exact opposite. It will help weak countries.
Currently, myself included, most top training teams will avoid buying/training players from small nations because risk of injury is too big. And any decent player from a small nation starts playing in U21 very fast.

I might suggest that training from the international cup will benefit far more players than NT matches currently do.
That's true, but not entirely ;-)
You make a lot more money from players from smaller countries.
I vote for U21 players getting injuries/training. Playing actual football, not a non-combat simulator, I try to win trophies, and minutes with the U21s really help me mid-season when I'm competing for the cup!

I hope that injuries for your senior NT players also help you with winning trophies :P
