Hello,
How are the funds received for NT matches distributed?
If a full stadium generates 450,000 euros, how are they distributed??..how much does the coach, the teams whose players played the match, the opponents get?

They all get 0; there are no such funds to distribute, almost certainly.

The funds received need to be changed and distributed.
For example, 25 percent to the coach, 50 percent to the teams whose players played the match, and 25 percent to the opponents.

No, there is no need for the coach to receive any money form NT games.

Creating such money system could also lead to pathology in small countries where coach can choose himself for NT and then only use his own players to get the extra money from NT. No chance this will happen.

In such cases, exceptions should be made, but the work should be rewarded.
I think all this can be implemented - I have noticed many interesting and talented people here on the forums, whose opinions might help solve this problem.

There is no problem with the fact that national team matches don't bring in any funds and only cause negatives. National teams are an addition to the game and bring only moral enjoyment :) - this will never change

It would be good if there was some financial incentive to train NT players, not enough to be game changing, but enough to give a little incentive (you lose far more than you would gain by doing this anyway).

Something as small as 5-10k euro for juniors, and 25-50k euro for seniors would be good (for players that play in the game).

But there could be arugments both for and against this idea so it is very unlikely to ever be implemented especially with bigger issues in the game being present and the very slow nature of bug fixes within the game

I think the game developers should take into account that many players here would support this idea. Distribution of income would make the work in the National Teams more prestigious, more young players would appear and it would be more interesting.

I play only to train national players, but I do not seek benefits from it, and none of the trainees do it for gain. The policy of the game lately has been to reduce finances and strong players.

Absolutely meaningless debate

Financial rewards are meaningless to the kind of clubs who own NT players, as are the training bonuses.

It's good that this is causing debate.

You just want to get extra money as NT coach, I don't see anyone else asking for that, people don't do that for $.

Ha ha ha, you definitely made me laugh... if you want to make changes, you need to buy at least 20% of the shares :)
This is private property and only the owners decide on changes.

The only "fair" Bonus that should be recieved from U21/NT is the Weekly Wage expense if the Player gets injured in an official match.

Just an Opinion....

I'm not asking for money, I just have a suggestion on how to distribute the funds generated from the team.
