Subject: [idea] Youth Teams and Youth Players

Two ideas regarding youth players (and one extra):

We all know it's expensive to keep them in youth academies and pay a good coach to help them improve and become competitive.

The first idea would be to offer bonuses at the end of the youth leagues for season achievements. This would motivate coaches to participate in the youth leagues.

The second idea is that, the more a youth player participates in youth tournament matches, the more opportunities they have to improve. I'm not referring to the current level-up algorithm, but rather that if they perform well as a striker and play well, their scoring rate should improve. Of course, this would only happen after several matches of consistent performance.

An additional idea, worth considering, is to occasionally feature a youth player from a neighboring country to help countries with fewer active sokker players.
