The Mini World Cup draw is probably this weekend

He needs quite some pace and stamina. And even if he reaches higher levels on that, it will be difficult...

Next season there will be 2 NT teams:
- India
- U21 India

I'm thinking about applying for the U21 team myself, thats the squad that needs the most attention.

What does the community think about the big NT ?
Should one of you take on that task, or should we search for a very experienced manager ?
Remember that managing the NT would mean spending a lot of time online....

What would be your opinion..
Would you prefer one more expirenced partner or would you like to guide one of us to the team..
My opinion is of expirenced manger but see to it that he didnt leave the team midway as the matter of fact is we loose most of our

Matches and disappointed manger may leave our team..

I myself would prefer an experienced manager and/or someone from India.

I think mithunw is the best guy from us,coz..
1)he has plus
2)he's a scout of India,so he knows l'ttle more abuot players
3)he played wonderful games this season

If he has time,he is the best choise from us

De Generaal always be my first choise,if he takes charge of our U-21 team then who will be the manager of our senior team?So I think mithunw can take the charge of U-21 team with guidense of De Generaal .

Hmmmm, i agree...now its up to De Generaal.

Cmon.....Havng only PLUS wont make much sense.....

Its more abt tactics & i dnt think anybody from us deserves this at this stage.....
Can think of Lagends as NT Coach (coz his tactics are good & been most experienced)but giving time is again more important....
Lets hv a foreign coach nominated by De generaal

Lagends would be a good choice, but I think he goes sailing again sometime during the next season.

If we go for a foreign coach, we must find a coach with experience who also speaks English fluently, cause teh U21 coach should be in close contact with him (exchanging players between teams could become important , U21 players probably can play 2 NT matches in a week....).
Most Polish managers don't speak English that good.....

I will contact some guys who can fit the bill, and ask if they are interested.

Thanks priyo for showing the confidence in me... but as rightly pointed out by bhaveshrajput, I feel I am not yet tactically ready to really do justice to our team...

I would still need a couple more seasons in the top division to really hone my skills...

And i agree with the fact that we need one experienced English speaking coach having a good rapport with us.. and especially with De Generaal..

Thanx alot but as De Generaal rightly mentioned, I will be sailing from March onwards and will have very little access to the internet for about 5-6 months.

I would think that Priyo is the best candidate from the NFL.....but as he rightly mentioned,having PLUS is a big factor.

So I guess it's upto De Generaal to suggest a few good managers for the NT.

How much does PLUS cost???

I think for six months is Rs 1200....

Rs.1486 for 1 year
Rs. 818 PLN for 6 months
Rs. 484 PLN for 3 months
Rs. 367 PLN for 2 months

I wish we could use Sokker money ;-)
