What would it be better to train him as, a DEF or ATT?

In U21 a have def but i dont have att

ATTs are more valuable on transfer market and badly needed in NT. You know what answer can be:)

I train tech all over, so I can take him. But he need pace and strike at first place, so maybe selling him to atts trainer is a better idea
