I just put him on the TL, but I don't think he's NT material.

Unfortunatelly not enough good....too low the pace and technique :(
Based on the data I received from Attila (a big thanks to him), both Aniruddha and Premkumar are #1 in U21 if we look at the sum of passing and playmaking which are also the most important parameters for a mid. I consider pace as 3rd most important (provided it's not too low), followed by tech. They both are joint #1 with Subbarayan and Varati. But there's a catch: if we take the sum of all pace, tech, pass and play then Aniruddha comes last i.e #27 while Premkumar is #22 which is of course a huge variation and that's why I emphasized the 'provided pace is not too low'.
Which reminds me, @Attila, please keep sharing our player data every 3-4 weeks or whenever possible as it's easier for me to gauge whether a player is NT material or not. For example, in the case of Aniruddha, I can easily see him getting a game next season.
Another interesting facet is this: if the total sum of skills of a player is closer to 45, he has higher chances of atleast getting an U21 NT game. The lowest ranked player in total sum of skills to atleast get an NT game is Ragunathan, his sum is 42 and has played 2 NT games. This greatly improves our decision making capability as managers to take a call on whether it's worth the effort to train a particular player as also for other managers who are considering training Indian players but are unsure of whom to go ahead and buy. The end goal will of course be to raise the bar and make it more difficult for average players to get an NT game or even get into the squad and that might happen when more users come in and open their academies. But I always believe that regardless of the total player pool, we just need 11 good players on the field which is what exactly got our senior team the Asian Cup last season, mind you I'm not taking away Prezsmo's thunder by ignoring his brilliant tactics :P

If you know of a way where I can show the skills of U21 players in a closed group, please let me know and I will be happy to show you every week.
Ragunathan, his sum is 42 and has played 2 NT games
There were indeed 2 matches when the player had to join the team. One match was a U20 and we have very few players aged 20 or younger. And in the other match, he wasn't better than him in terms of form (there could have been such a case due to injury or disqualification). I always try to put the top 11 players on the field when it comes to deciding between 2 players, it’s not a consideration to be my own player. However, in the case of Varati and Rantidev, I will be biased in the next matches because these 2 players are so rare Indian players and their talent is so good that I will put their game in the forefront if necessary over older players.

That's crucial haha.

Will have to think about this. I don't think Sokker has the feature of private groups so if we do this, then it has to be done on an external website.

It was just a small insight, I know there'll be other factors like the number of good defs/mids/fwds that we have so it's more of a general observation.
I agree that Varati and Rantidev have tremendous potential and can be played more often. Rantidev's excellent playmaking skills were there to see in the previous game.

Do you want to buy Premkumar?
I would be very happy if that were the case, because I see potential in it and with proper training (pace, technique) maybe it can be taken into account, as we don't have top midfielders except Satwant and Varati ....
