Will there be a thread for posting potential future Bulgarian U21 players?

I have one Bulgarian striker 20 year old that I think might make the U21 team but I am not sure.

There is no need of such thread. The right thing is to contact the NT scout for strikers.

Send him to the scouts or write in this forum
