Здравейте! Имам проблем с подписването на договор с юношите излезли от школата. Като натисна на договор нищо не се случва и не мога да подпиша с тях. Само при мен ли е този проблем? имам 3-ма юноши, които са излезли от школата, но не мога да подпиша с тях.

Dear Devs,
The vast majority of juniors entering our schools have a general level that is too low for their age. Mechanically, no matter how talented they are, these juniors have no chance to get any value on Sokker at the end of their school training. Only a small minority of lucky (and therefore rare) random "draws" offer us opportunities.
This situation has become even worse since the shortening of the season: our juniors are going out "older" at a still poor average level.
The playing experience is demoralizing:
- We spend our time to dismiss every week "new" juniors.
- The junior games are impractical considering the average level.
- We have to keep several juniors with no future in order to have at least an 11 team.
- The transfer market is full of unsaleable youngsters. A few rare youngsters are worth millions. There is not enough middle ground.
However, we believe that this poor playing experience can be improved a bit by simply changing a few parameters:
1) Set a much higher general minimum starting level! (currently tragic (0)
2) Set the maximum starting age to 17 (not 18).
3) Define a minimum of 50% new juniors according to the allocated places (and not from 0 to 6 for 6 available slots).
We therefore ask you, dear Devs, to quickly rectify - without waiting for a possible larger reform - one or more of these parameters.

1) да се повиши началното ниво на влизащите младежи
2) да влизат максимум 17 18г

Звучи добре. Според мен едно време си бяха добре младежите. Вдиганията още на 4-5 седмица виждаш дали стават. Сега едната седмица на вдига 1 ниво, а на другата сваля 2
Гледам из форумите май наистина са намалили скороста на трениране на високите нива и над 23г уж са искали да е слабо ама и те не знаят какво са надробили не е истина как дори са си го помислили..
Местиха че скоростта се тренира на 10 слота само сезона е по къс ами и това...

Жечев(29г.) вече има над 20 тренировки на скорост и не вдига 18тото…..
Да, не мисля че е нормално нападател на 26г. с топ талант да не може да вдигне 16 голов нюх за 11 тренировки.
Малко добри новини ще пооправят малко тренировката ще въведат и нов ниво но на високите нива пак ще се тренира по трудно...

In past weeks we follow your feedback about training reform, especially training speed reduction.
We need to admit, that in current shape training algoritm is a bit to harsh for players, and probably reduced training speed to much.
In upcoming days/weeks we will work on some improvements, to make it better, and training will be accelerated. We will use few tools to improve it:
1. We will accelerate speed of training of low level skills and medium ones, but skills from the top of scale will remain hard to get - we belive, that it is good for the game in long term perspective, to avoid multidevine players, I hope you will agree on that. Low level skills will be trained even faster, than it was before our reform.
2. general training will be better (around 50% more effective than now, so it will be still quite low, but should generate higher number of additional pops of non-trained skills)
3. We will add one more skill (probably "galactic" one, between unearthly and devine - to make scale from 1-20). That point is more difficult and probably will be introduced a bit later.
We hope that proposed changes will be a good solution for current discontent, it will help to achieve our long term plan to make top sokker players more diversified, but with remaining training thursdays green and exciting for users.
