I said I would never play against Polska with the same tactic as against Nippon.
Not that I will get a draw against Polska because thats impossible for us.
My apology of my misunderstanding.

My apology of my misunderstanding.
For your advise, even though I haven't use it, but I think logically it will work.
Thanks for the tip.
However, my other problem is my wingers although they have pace and some have technique, but the one that is fast have only formidable passing and formidable playmaker.
Even though I have brilliant striker, but still can the ball reach him with formidable passing?

You can make that work by adapting the position of the winger to his skills. Some tricks good help too of course. A manager like Ollanders could make this work, he's experienced enough, he knows how to make a decent tactic that suits the opponent very well. In Belgium he did an unbelievable good job by promoting immediately to 2nd division! He showed us he can beat stronger opponent just by creating a very good tactic. That's something you weren't able to sometimes, you lost against countries you could beat with the right tactic. Think about that, Ollanders won't disappoint you, I'll tell you more, he will lead this country to a higher level. He's giving you advice here.. he deserves this chance in my opinion. He's active on the transfer list too, scouting work isn't a problem either, who knows.. Maybe he'll find some new players for this country. He has the experience, but his motivation is enormous aswell. Don't underestimate this Belgian manager, he can be your new hero, just give him the chance to do so.

Thanks for promoting him.
Put is this way, I personally think base on what he said, I think there are some truth that he is tactically capable. I definitely rank him higher than my ownself at this moment. But it doesn't mean I can't improve.
However, in my opinion, I still believe what Malaysia need is a manager that build the team, talk to the trainers what to train, and check, enforce and encourage them to continue building the team, then will shout if there is some urgent position that need to be addressed. Malaysian users don't see the whole picture, and it is the manager job to tell them, what is the overall picture now, what need to be done, and most if not all will help and contribute to build the squad. This is exactly working now, working fine, start to reap benefits, and I don't see why change it, until it don't work.
I believe that manager like him, might make Malaysia have more options to get better result short term, but I strongly believe in longer term all the development will stop, as he reject to be U21 coach even though he is leading the race because too much hard work.
I think as at this moment Malaysia need manager that are hard working, base on one simple reason, I don't see any other Malaysia users will volunteer to update database every week. Manager like him normally work in other country because he relies on the workers in the country to do the hard work. And he expects the same thing happen in Malaysia.
I think the moment manager like him make national coach, and he expects the local users do the hard work on scouting, sending mails, updating database, monitoring training progress, and the users don't exist he like losing direction, like a commander without soldier. It happens before in Malaysia, I tell you.
My opinion, unless Malaysian users pretty sure there is Malaysian users that willing to do the hard work, dirty work, it is pointless to get manager that do not plan to dirty his hand, just interested to explore different tactic.
FYI, scouting isn't necessary in Malaysia, just continuous updating the database. Reason is, all the good new players that come out every Thursday are updated to the database, and it is continually updated every three to four weeks. Why need to scout, where all the players are in database? But the question is, do you think any foreign coach will want to maintain it? I don't think so. But it is currently maintained by local coaches in Malaysia. Do we want to break this just to try to explore on tactic?
Just my opinion. It is Malaysian users choice, I offered my opinion, as I am also Malaysian. To choose a more tactical strong foreign manager or to choose a local manager that is proven building the squad. Unless it is broke, why fix it?

You might call it promoting, but I'm just giving you my honest opinion about him. It's the truth, any other manager in Belgium would say that.
To make your story short : you're saying that his tactically capable of leading your national team, but he won't communicate enough with the local managers. And it will be hard for him to scout new players, to update current NT players, to work with owners of those players, ...
Well, Ollanders isn't only tactically a very good managers. He's an active and motivated manager who will do everything he can to involve the local community in the national team. Updates and scouting work won't be a problem either. And for now, this isn't a challenge on long term for him, he just wants to get this unbelievable chance to gain some more experience on NT level.
But let's await his own opinion, I'm leaving on holiday now, see ya. ;)

From this I take it that you are calling Malaysian users stupid? That they have no idea how to build their own team and what they may decide to train? I would find that very disrespectful if i were a Malaysian user. As you well know now, sending skmails is ALOT easier now to ask for skills to be updated. It took me about 30 minutes to send off a complete list for the Australian NT Database to every user training an Australian player in the database.
It is very easy to see that you only need to set 30 minutes aside to send off 100-200 skmails for updates, it also isnt too hard to search for every Malaysian user these days considering sokker has a list of "most recent users" as a statistic. (May only be a plus stat I am not certain on that one) This way the NT manager can send off a SK mail to each Malaysian user to update their youth players into the database or send them to the NT manager. From what I can tell Ollanders is a committed user who said he has been a Scout for Serbia NT and does some work for the Belgium NT every season. He has the experience and certainly knows what he is talking about.

Thanks for the confirmation, totally agree with you.
I hope the local community gets the whole point about Ollanders too. I hope they don't vote blindly for their local managers, that local manager isn't that good as he seems to be, I hope they see Ollanders has some big potential, well motivated and the fact he really wants to succeed in this challenge. Give this foreign manager the chance he deserves please.
Updating players by sk mail shouldn't be that hard for him like you said, he'll do good.
Ollanders knows how to deal with it, he will take care of the Malaysian community with respect.

Tigermaster,
What I mean doesn't see the whole picture is, Malaysian users does not know where is Malaysia weakness now, goalkeeper, defender, midfielder or striker.
They are not stupid, just that they do not have the information.
The only one that know it and have the whole picture is the one that work closely and plan for the development.
Simple as that. Where is the disrespectful?

Its disrespectful because if the Malaysian users dont know this how can they trust a manager that doesnt relay these things to the whole of the Malaysian community - Its as simple as letting the community know through the forums rather than keeping it to yourself as the manager.
I know I keep referring back to Australia, but in Australia all of the users know the structure of the NT and what areas need work to improve the NT. Obviously this isnt being relayed to the Malaysian users so they do not know that the weakness here is the striker problem until the last few days.

Again it is a wrong culture.
In Australia, everyone is interested in forum. You are talking about transparency, and forum is the best way to do it.
In Malaysia, noone give a damm on the forum. You just tell them what you think it will work, they will just support you. Of course, all this will only happen if, one thing called trust is build. You need to earn your trust, once it is earned, you just need to do what you think it is appropriate.
In your culture, you might think what is this. But in our culture, what is so big about FORUM? Why everyone mention FORUM?
If you want to get a job in a foreign country, you need to understand their culture first.

Im not the one looking for the foreign job. Im just stating that it is as easy as stating in the forum that Malaysia needs strikers so when there is a talent on the TL that needs to be trained you can advertise it on the forum. It is not hard to relay a message, and im sure there are a lot of users who look in the forums, and think - hmmm crap still no new posts, why bother going into the Malaysian forum. The best way to gain interest in the NT is to post in the forum. Regardless on how you think if you have something to read about the NT then there will certainly be more interest in the NT. Then there are more chances of new users looking into the forums and commenting and actually realising that there is a National team that they may be able to be proud of!
You say it is a culture thing, I say it is a lack of effort to bring alive the Malaysian community - even being an "active" user as you are, you arent even letting the community know what direction you want the squad moving in. Not even bothering to write something about the progression is simply a lack of effort. I can count the number of mails I have had from yourself about my Player Yusri bin Raja Shoib about how "Malaysia" wants him to be trained? Or is it because I am a defender trainer and have been ever since I started sokker and know what I am doing when training defenders? I do not know how "Malaysia" wants him to be trained.. Especially if he has the chance of playing for the NT? It would be as simple as writing something in the forums saying we need X level for defener and Y level for Pace with side skills of tech, pm and passing at Z levels. Also what order "Malaysia" wants them to be trained as?

It is just a different way of doing thing.
I believe in transparency. In fact I am one of the NT coach that for every single changes, I will put in Top 40, and in this list the Malaysian users know where I rank the national players.
Everything is in the forum, even the new sokker team that I keep track I post it there.
Malaysian users knows that I practice transparency, this build trust. And when the trust is build, I give them the whole picture what I think is the right way to move Malaysia, you said I am disrespectful to Malaysian.
I already post it on the my Top 40, those that are hardworking will check it. And also, I have given access to most of the trainers that have more than 5 trainers with the NT database. I am not the one that have the accesss, most have the access to view it.
I still don't understand where is the disrespectful come from? When you suggest, they can agree or not agree or can argue. Is this called disrespectful.
Remember, what you suggest and what you said, you already failed during your time in Malaysia. Why you want me to do things that you failed to do? Want to see back your election promise, and what you have actually done.

Again - I AM NOT RUNNING FOR MALAYSIA so why are you justifying yourself to me - I do not want your answers!
I was saying disrespectful because of what you said here "Malaysian users don't see the whole picture, and it is the manager job to tell them" Why are you such a "God" in Malaysia?
I can also guarantee you that a number of users have asked me to come back and manage Malaysia - I gave them my reasons as to why I was not going to run and they have understood that. I have the interest in running in Australia and in your eyes I might have failed, but none the less, results wise, I was the most successful manager here in Malaysia. No point arguing because I know you may know that. Again - I DO NOT WANT THE MALAYSIAN JOB so stop justifying yourself to me! You must realise that Ollanders is here to continue the previous manager's work and has the experience to do what is needed to Manage Malaysia NT.
