qualified

YES!! We are qualifed to the world cup next season. When I started this role it was only a dream, I thought that a qualify has to wait with a better involvement and a research of the players around the sokker world. Especially last thing, this happened so fast that we built a competitive team. Our scouts spied every your transfer, so they has write to new manager of the sold malaysian young player, and so we built the future of malaysia U21 by discovering them in this way.

I have to thank all of you that contribute with the targeted trainings for the U21 players, for the reports of young players just gone out from young team, that it's help to our work, our work for you!

I hope that this result make you happy, I've seen that this is the first qualification of the world cup for Malaysia U21!
Now it will be very hard, because maybe we will be one of the weakest team of the world cup, but I am wondering where we could arrive....

This is a project that I've started since I've take the master of U21, because many players of the regular line up is 20 years old, so next year I have to change only half of the team. This is an important feature because these player could take advantage from a little better experience and more little extra training than the normal way.

But every day we are building the future, by watching the trade of young malaysian player, so, we could see the young player that go in the foreign countries and we take note about this in our private forums :)

completly agreed experience is a ery important feature for NT games and most of NT lose 3/4 of the team wich probly give u a great chance

We win the last match against Zhōngguó U21, and this is a great win, because it testify the work done in this season. In the first match we got a draw match. The works consist of searching the players by looking your past transfer, and because we looking almost daily the transfer list, we take under control the young talent, and by talking with foreing manager I suggest the right training, so I preview, in two years, better player for U21 :)

Now, shall we say bye to the 21 years old player, from now, we will play with 20 years old or younger next match, in order to play with the players of the world cup

This is time for new election.

This is my best season on sokker, carry Malaysia U21 at the world cup it's a dream that I can't imagine. I've said this this thought many times, but despite this again I can't beileve it. I've discovered that this is a country with potentiality, with future. So, we are monitoring the future star 17/18/19 years old around the world.

For these reasons, I hope that you are agree with the work done by me and my staff, and if yes, we need your vote in order to continue the growth of this country.

Now the ball pass to all of you. I count on everyone of you, and I say thanks, for the availability when I had contact with someone of you.


In the future, I would like to countinue this work of monitoring players and mantain contact with the manager in order to grow them at the best, and about the world cup, we will play against the best team of the world. It will be very very hard, and I will put everything I know to obtain the best result as possible. I don't promise the win of the world cup, but I offer to all of you pledge, thruth and trasparency of management, if anyone would like to ask something to me.

I think that we are near to the goal, but I think that the world cup we will lose some point of ranking, but I think that is better to compete against the best team of the world :). We could recover the rank points after ;)
