A good coach is one who understands coaching as an art, who know how to communicate with players to inspire them and make them even better than they would ever be without him. A good coach is one with proper qualities, with feeling of the sport's spirit, who know the game and who know how to win. An effective coach is finally one active innovator and motivator who is never satisfied with results he already achieved.
That is why I would like to take an opportunity to offer a recommendation for myself as a coach of the Hong Kong NT. Being a part of its success would be for me a precious experience and indubitable development not only as a coach but also as a man. Thanks for your votes.
Experience and achievements:
2008-02-04; Team finished Liga VI.0829 in position 1. Team has been promoted to Liga V.239.
2008-01-10; Team finished friendly league Mikstur Championship in position 2.
2007-11-08; Team was eliminated from Puchar Polski at 3 round.
2007-10-15; Team finished Liga VI.0829 in position 1.
2007-10-11; Team finished friendly league Mikstur Championship in position 3.
2007-07-05; Team was eliminated from Puchar Polski at 1 round.
2007-06-25; Team finished Klasa A.0203 in position 2. Team has been promoted to Liga VI.0829.
2007-03-26; President michalu took control over the team. Team was renamed to KP Krypa.
