Hello everyone!

This will be the second season, you, managers from Hong Kong, have the chance to enjoy your own National team games on Saturdays. The first 2 times are always the hardest: the coach needs to gather information about players, make a database, communicate with the users and try to make them interested in the National team. It’s not an easy job to take because the expectations would be hard to fulfill, therefore you need a strong and experienced coach up front. I’m sure some of you might not like the idea of letting a foreigner in charge but I’d like you to think twice before you make a final decision. I’m not here to make fun with your NT or for an opportunity to brag later that I have been an NT coach like many other foreigner’s could do. I’m here to help you get started and offer you some great moments with your National team.

My own club

I started playing 8 seasons (2.5 years) ago. At frist, it was swinging from HT to Sokker but I soon discovered the charm of Sokker and I haven’t stopped playing since. Like every new user, I did a lot of mistakes at first and there lays the reason I didn’t find the quickest way up. Although there was a slight drawback in the 4. Season, I’ve always been improving steadily and for the proof of that you could have found me at the second place in the second divison last season! As Estonia is quite a strong country in the terms of Sokker, this should really show that I’m serious with it, have enough experience and free will. One might think I should go for the first divison next season – you’re right, I’m definitely trying to win my league this season but it’s going to be really hard. I’ve also some plans for the Estonian Cup and if everything goes right, I might get in to final four.

My achievements

I haven’t really achieved anything remarkable yet. For the sake of the training, I haven’t tried to get very far in the Cup and I’ve just recently pushed myself trough to the big party.
As I said in the previous chapter, I’m trying to fix this problem at the starting season but as I’m not going to sell my first trainees until the next season, the money could be a big problem.

About my tactics

I’d consider myself a rather good tactician. Not the best as I’ve mostly only made tactics which involved 3 strikers (because I’m training strikers) but definitely a rather good one. :) For the proof of that, I’ve never had a strongest club in most of my leagues but I’ve still come quite far.. You also have the possibility to check my tactics (do not look friendlies, though. :)), if you like.
What I do think about them is, that 3 strikers is almost never a good idea to use and at the higher level, you should have 4 defenders. But this all depends on the players, training-program and opponents.

Why should you choose me?

 I’ve been playing Sokker for 8 seasons and therefore have quite a lot of experience - in fact, I'm pretty sure I'm the most experienced and successful manager candidating here!
 I’m a very active user, maybe even too active. :)
 I’d consider myself as a decent tactics-maker.
 I try to be sociable and help you in no matter what.
 I think my English is quite good for communication in Sokker level.
 I always try to give 100% and I hate to fail.

Every person also has a downside.. For me it’s the fact I could be a bit impatient from time to time but I’m working on it. :)

My promises

 As Hong Kond could only play friendlies for the whole season, I would try to arrange them with other small countries and offer you some titillation.
 Although we would be playing only friendlies, I would go to every match in a hope to win. I also would try out different tactics in order to see which ones are the most suitable for your country and therefore could be used next season, when you will have Qualification games.
 I would be active in your forums and say a word or two about every game.
 I would help you in every subject related to Sokker.
 I would continue forming a database of your players so the next coach could have something to start on from, could concentrate on the games and could bring some points home from the Qualification Group. :)
 And maybe the most important out of all: I can take criticism, I would explain the reasons of doing thing A or thing B if something goes wrong, I’d consider your opinions!

I’d be glad to answer any of your questions you might have so don’t be afraid to ask!

Well, thank you very much! :)
I hope there are some more people out there who share your opinion.

Anyway, I wish good luck to every candidate and.. Let the best one win!

And there's one more thing: I do feel sorry for all those who suffered because of the update but this actually shows how honorous, confident and trustful they really are. It's not anybody's fault it happened and people have to admit that. After all, all of us should be here for the noble purpose to want only the best for Hong Kong and therefore should be happy to see competitors who could really help Hong Kong to develop faster..
