Till someone else deserves my vote, I'll be a candidate for the U21 team.

I think it is very important to have someone as manager who will communicate close with the NT coach. I believe NT and U21 are the same team and must work together.

Besides that, the U21 coach, must be active in/with hong kong player and do the best for U21 players.

Hong Kong deserves a good and qualified coach!

What are you're idea abaut a U21-database? How experianced are you in junior-schools? Will you help Hong Kong users?

no, like i said in my other post.. when i found a more dedicated player, i'll vote for him. at this point, i found two others who may go for it. so i won't go for it.

The reason, the other two have more experience, more compassion, time and a heart to coach a NT. At this point I don't have at least one of them, so they are more qualified.

* Functions of the members of staff:

All the scouts are going to have access to the BBDD skull184: scout creator of tactics
El_xaxo: scouts of players
Tiku: it is the scout that was helping other scouts so much like in the functions of tactics as players

-We propose to move the team to the World

-giving the opportunity for the players selected can upload more training

Actually same story as what I wrote before... Sharky did a great job the last few seasons...
