抽呢家嘢同球會大細又無關嘅, 有關嘅可能係請得起咩教練囉~
最少, 都請個12/13, 如果唔係啲效果都係唔太好.
你咁諗啦, 想買個揪得嘅小朋友嚟訓練都唔會少過4M,
青年軍(用13教練)一年開支都不過係5M, 咪當分期付款買人囉
加上佢又唔使打比賽先練得人, 即係等於比多30個訓練名額你
又唔使請助教(你諗下, 三個主隊嘅助教先有最大訓練效果, 加埋個主教練, 周薪都唔少嘢)
一個星期比多300-500K, 就可以幫你定期產生啲小朋友, 可練, 可賣.

I strongly believe junior training is beneficial to both the NT and your own club. The reasons given bt Integritat are sound and well said. You always get a chance to get an extremely talented guy, and selling him should be more than able to cover the cost of training.
The more important thing is you simply cannot totally rely on sponsors if you want to be top. My sponsor is about HK$2000000 a week, and and the wages of players and coach amounts to HK$2800000. Of course you can buy young players on transfer list and train them, but chances are you get players with no talent and can't make money out of them.
On the other hand, junior training provides you with a more steady source of income, and as you know the talent of your juniors, you can decide whether to train them or sell them with little risk of spending resources on training someone not talented. That makes junior training irreplacable by buying players in the market
