"hello, just passed by and took a look at your stadium.
i have a little piece of advice to you. =]

i think it is not so advisable to expand only 1 wing to maximum and others remain undeveloped
you could look at mine and see the difference.

i discovered this feature from my past matches
check out these 2:

vs. abcde: 18948

vs. FC Pirates: 29115

clearly abcde is a far more famous club but why the no. of spectators was significantly lower?

the key was in my seat categories.
in the match against abcde i still had 4000 terrace (grey) seats
4000 (grey) terrace, 5 X 4000 (blue) benches, 2 X 4000 (red) seats
while when in the later match all terraces had been upgraded to benches/seats
6 X 4000 (blue) benches, 2 X 4000 (red) seats

in the first match all the 4000 terraces were seated, but all the benches sections were less than half-full (19XX/4000)
but in the later match all the benches and seats sections were 90% filled (36XX/4000)

see the difference? the presence of cheaper sections would affect the attendance of your more expansive sections, making a low overall turnout.

i think it is not the number that matters but the colour, therefore you may solve this problem by building say 100 (blue) benches each in the 3 undeveloped sections, so now seats are either blue or red. after that i'm quite sure your attendance would be improved significantly."
