anyways, we have some nice juniors who can make a good WC Qualifying stage, after 2 seasons!!

Actually, I think the result was not totally unfair. The chances they had were big.

I would play a lower defence in this kind of matches. The sub skills of our defenders are not good enough to play high up field. Our forwards on the other hand are good enough to create chances themselves.

wow, that's a nice player!! he could be ATT, but also, MID, depending on user's choice. ATT trainers will make ATT, and MID trainers will make MID.

My recommendation is to train him as MID.

a few seasons ago, I've extracted an outstanding junior with the skills on the level as your junior looks now. In the youth school, the coach decides every week his level, because he could see the player when he plays in Junior's Championship. The coach evaluates his skills and his decision is different:

- now is brilliant, tomorrow (Thursday) he will be incredible or lower.

- now is brilliant, tomorrow he will be brilliant

- now is brilliant, tomorrow he will be magical or more.

You cannot anticipate his general skill for the thursday when will be extracted from youth school.

The true level of a junior could be discovered in juniors matches. For example:

your junior could have ATT mark at level 45 or more; MID mark 40 or more; DEF mark 30 or a little more. It's easy for you to realize that he will not be a defender and he will be MID or ATT.

absolutely agree with ARSENE_WENGER on his second last post.

for completing my idea:

juniors matches are good because we can test a lot of tactical schemes and we can see where is the good place for every junior on the field.

I'm not very sure but these things could be important for the coach in juniors skills evaluation ;)
