Looked like he chose a 5-3-2 from the tactic list, only changing the position of the players when the ball is in the centre, and finished creating the tactic he's using.

If my observation is correct, can someone please inform him how to make a proper tactic?

YOU ARE THE BIGGEST LIAR THAT I'VE EVER SEEN!! The foreign coaches have done a lot of great things for Hong Kong NT, even the NT stayed on 70-75 places in general rank. Foreign coaches convinced a lot of users to train seriously and create a real support base for the NT. You have destroyed ALL they have created!
