Hello friends from Hong Kong,

My name is ARSENE WENGER. I’m playing sokker since November 2007 and
I have a lot of experience acquired in these 5 years. In previous seasons I’ve helped Hong Kong NT coaches with my job (scouting for midfielders, tactical skills, graphycal manager or promoting new players).

Probably, you will ask me, why I’ve chosen the Hong Kong NT ?! I’ve decided to participate for Hong Kong NT elections because I know that is not good enough my work that i’ve done in the last seasons. The NT will need to have good results in the friendly matches of this season. The Hong Kong NT has a lot of good players and that means a good potential of the NT for having good results in the next World Cup qualifying stage. I’m sure that I will create and test some optimal tactics for the matches from WC Qualifying stage, in this season. yes, I agree! the youth of Hong Kong has a big potential for next seasons! Hong Kong will have very soon a competitive NT for World Cups!!

Hello my friends from Hong Kong,

I’ve decided to participate for the elections again, because, as you know, I’ve presented to you all my objectives for Hong Hong NT at the beginning of the season and I’ve not finished my job, yet. Let me describe for you, my work that I’ve done:

1) Promoting young players: As you know, I’ve worked for monitoring the U21 players, all of the season. I’ve used U25 or U26 players for several times, even if we met some powerfull NT. I’ve needed to sacrifice some results for the young players extratrainings;

2) Good results: As I promised, I’ve brought some very good results against strong teams. I wish to continue to bring very good results for Hong Kong NT. Don’t forget: some of very strong teams were beaten us very lucky. I want to try to qualify the Hong Kong NT to World Cup;

3) Tactical schemes: I’ve fixed this all over the season, thanks to your suggestions, thanks to my great tactical advisor and thanks to my serious work. Any tactical suggestions are welcome, because together we can make a big surprise in World Cup Qualifying stage;

4) Database: As I promised, I’ve created my own database for the updates of our NT players. Along with this, I will continue to work at Sokker NTDB and making updates there too. The news are very good: the players are looking much better thanks to your trainings and the extratrainings;

My objectives for next season:

1) I’ll continue to promote young players for using them in friendly matches (at U21 I’ve seen some nice players that will have 22 yo and they deserve to have been promoted at seniors);

2) I’ll continue to bring good results, doing all my best for these. I will try to qualify the NT to World Cup. The last two friendlies in this season will help us for another extratrainings and possible good results (Turkey and Norway are good NT);

3) I will schedule friendlies with teams that have almost 55 - 60 mark. I want to bring more victories for increasing our coefficient in the NT General Rank;

4) I will continue my work with the same Staff members (if somebody wants to be part of my staff, just send me sk mail) and I will continue managing the NTDB database and my own too.
