What will you do - make the best players play to have the most competitive team or make young players play to give them experience and have a better team in a couple of seasons ? Why ?

I will go for the future and will let the young players play,but the best players will play to. 1/2 young players and 1/2 "best players". (my english is not gvery good)

I'll give all the players chances to play.
I will make an u-21 list and sometimes I will let play the u-21 team and sometimes the best team.
