How many substitutions can be made during an official / friendly match?
3 substitutions maximum in all matches regardless of their type.
Question about friendly:
If the opponent doesn't bring team, you win 5-0
But do you get training?

The only difference is substitutions don't work if you relied on them, the initial squad gets training like they played 90 minutes. But you don't get a chance of injury.
Question about youth leagues:
We just got a 5th person in the top league, so now they sit in the "relegation" zone.
At the end of the season, will they relegate to an empty 2nd division even though there is noone else to move up? Or will they stay in the top league?

They are in the red zone, so yes, they'll be relegated.
But there's always an exploit, that if you withdraw from the junior league, Sokker saves your position, so theoretically the relegating team can withdraw after the last match of the season and then enter the junior league again after the relegations take place. I'm not sure if promotions/relegations from junior leagues happen at the same day as the main teams or a few days later, you'd better monitor some other country's junior league for that moment. I guess rejoining on week 0 should be safe.

The weight of a player will change depending on training, matches played and injury, although this has not been implemented yet.
So is it implemented or not? Does bmi change slowly?

So I have been scouting and noticed some BOTS have been getting new youths, and I'm wondering why this is the case.
I couldn't be bothered checking the detailed history of them all, but one I saw, suddenly got a new keeper.
Looking at the last match prior to that keeper, there had been someone playing (getting 2 stars) as a keeper, but now they no longer exist, and a new (not previously in the lineup) 20yo keeper is in the spot (the reserve keeper at number 12, is still at number 12).
There must be a reason for this, and I'm hoping someone can say why (btw this person made the team in 2015, so has been bot for a long long time)
