It's hard to decipher what he had in mind. Definitely there is no skill value "większą" in Polish sokker. There is such word, but what skill value does it mean, I don't know. Maybe he was translating this from some other language? The word generally means something like "bigger", "greater", "more".

If I understand You correctly then - yes, he will train. Anyway, players with status "slight injury" train, but if he would have injury "7 days" or "17" days then he would't train. And the status is checked just before the training take place, so whatever injury he is now is meaningless, Wednesday evening / Thursday morning is what counts (the "right before training" morning).
