I see many Slovensko teams training players at 2 or 3 lines.
defence-midfields-strikers !!!
Don't do that,you will destroy any talented player you have,for sure!
The best is this,choose only one line,defence for example,
and train only that line.
The rest players sell them,so they can find a better training.

Tommorow will open the U20 MWC and we have an easy match for a start.

René Dorko(20y.) will play once more at keepers,but soon i will choose Zlatko Prikopa,
when he stop playing 180 min. at his team.
He is better training keeper,and having a chance for the NT too,im not so sure for Dorko.

The defence line is ready,we need more defenders with good training,for now -
we have 5 good players but we need more,NT's must have more!

Matej Ivančo(20y.) in new position but with the same orders to break opponent defence.
Patrik Simrák(20y) he will try again to organize the midfields.
Severín Tyminský(19y.(D) and Servác Cajhan(18y.) they will play as subs.

Oto Jariega(20y.) will start the match and i hope to improve more in time.
Debut for Rastislav Jevčák(20y) and Gustáv Buksár(19y.)

Daehan Minguk U21 - Slovensko U21 0:5
Not much to say about the match,the difference about two teams was obvious,
we waiting for the next opponent at U20 MWC.

We pass the next round without match in U20 MWC,
so i found a very interesting match for the next week,and it will be a fight for the win.

Slovensko U20 - : - Venezuela U20

Tommorow we play a strong friendly against Venezuela U20.
Interesting match both teams are almost with the same quality.

René Dorko(20y.) was better at his second match,his debut was very bad.
He will be once more our keeper.

We need Defenders,some ppl must start training decent Slovensko players,
Urban Kalinovský(20y.) is again at first eleven,and he will try to help in defence.

Bad forms for many midfields plus our passing game is bad.
Combination low forms and low passing skills are not good for this line.
Adam Hrezík(20y.) and Ľuboslav Bryndza(20y.) they will start the match.

At last we have the skills of Matej Ivančo(20y.),he is talented and good training
so far,soon as his coach say,he will start strikers training.
I want to help the talented Ambróz Krídlo(19y.) but he don't help me at all with
his very bad form !
Debut for Florián Biksadský(20y.) he was injured so far thats why he didn't play -
he get midfields training like Ivanco,i hope soon it change it.

The meaning of this post is most to say the weakness -and we have many-
at those who care for the NT.
And i will say it once more,U21 is not a diffrent NT,is the future of NT.

I know many ppl are bored or tired,as i am,but is not big deal to have 1 or 2
decent NT players and give them the best training to help the National Team.

Slovensko U21 - Venezuela U21 2:3
The fair result was the draw but we have no luck so far.
Drogo is a bad keeper(low pace) and it was the last game for him.
Without Ivanco we have no strikers line too.
And he play like a midfield to help him in training,otherwise we will do
more chances to score for sure.
Unlucky for me too ...i must handle a bad season for Slovakia!

North Macedonia U20 Vs Slovakia U20 [U20 MWC 3rd Round]
We have no keepers to replace Drogo and Prikopa still playing 180 min. every week.
Drogo's owner want to sell him,so the future meaby is better for him.

We have not many news for the team.Patrik Simrák(20y.) he is in good form and he will be
at the first eleven in this match,at midfields line.

Debut for Gregor Krivijanský(20y.)in attack,he will play as a sub.
Florián Biksadský(20y) in good form.

Its an easy match i think,we have to win and see for the next opponent in this tournament.

Waiting for the next opponent.
We are not so good,but we have not so good players,unfortunately!

Have not seen the match, but every win counts. WTG, players are not the best, but I remember it was even worse in past. From a defenders point of view we will have one of the best generation next year, so few players of of U20 are already comparable to a world class at their age.

Sure,those 4 defenders i use often having a great future.Urban Kalinovský is good too but
with low playmaker skill.Their skills are not high but with 180 mins matches,
NT and team games,they can be better fast ))
We have no subs for those and thats the bad situation,we have no injuries and formes so far,we are ok.

Ľuboslav Bryndza-Adam Hrezík at midfields line can be good in the future as def-mid players.
We have problem to organize potition,Servác Cajhan (18) is too young but is a talent.
We have 2-3 good midfields (i have not use them yet) but in really bad form !

The big problem is in strikers line,we can't score with 9 or 10 skill.
Defenders are easy to train,Goalkeepers too,in every National team,even those with
low Rank ..so we need a strong Strikers line to beat them.

I was always surprised when you choose Kalinovský as a starter. I thought tha we have better players, but maybe I have just wrong view. In fact, I have always trusted more Kapala, but his big problem is very low form. Kapala is more talented than Kalinovský, but nevertheles, Kalinovský poped up after exactly the same weeks (this is one of many examples that I have noticed in past years).

I will train pace next 3-4 weeks and then I probably give half season of mid training and half of tech to my players.

Kapala is in a really bad form,no we dont have better defenders from Kalinovský,
in secondary skills yes but not in primary.
Only Z.Ramikovic is high in defence,but he is slow at pace.
Both they can help NT in the future if you train secondary skills too !
I hope soon Kapala find his form and be ready for the next Qualification season.

I just got a sk-mail for a defender,not in data,Hugo Plichta (20y.),
with decent primary skills but he is low in playmaker too.
Anyway the primary skills are high and will be usefull with better form (8).
