Hello to the whole community of Makedonija!
Let me to introduce myself. I'm fraaa88, a manager of Amarantioss team that play in italian Eccellenza 0.31 league.
I would like to become the future manager of Makedonija U21
What could I offer to Makedonija U21?
1 - Experience of sokker, that I've gained in my italian leagues, talking in a very active italian community
2 - I will have an help from ringhiostarr, an user that is a scout of Italy U21, and 3 and 4 seasons ago, he was coach of Italy U21.
3 - my pledge to U21 Makedonija, I have time to dedicate at the team.
4 - the trasparency of management.
5 - I wouldn't like to be only a U21 manager, but I have a greater project. I would like to share my experience with all of you, in order to raise your experience. In this way, we could bould a very strong team. Do you imagine Makedonija U21 that fight for the world cup? Me, yes! Have I a daydream? :D
About me, I like use a 4-2-3-1 like line up of my team, with a winger.
I used to prepare the matches in accordance with the types of players that I had, and my opponent. I think that before creating a formation, you have to look what kind of player you have.
Talking about the defense, I would like to use only 4 defenders, but sometimes I know that needs a defensive line with 5 defenders, against stronger team, especially if they use wingers.
