Subject: [U21] Friendly Matches.

Good morning Guys,
today begin my job as Coach of your National Team U21 and I know, in training ground, all youngs selected from old Coach, 23 men ready to run!

I see U21 database and there are only 7 players, beccause owners in last season haven't update their youngs. I know that users not haven't time for this things and I'm here to solve this problem. I would have a database with 30-40 players at the end of this season, if it possible. My objective is to arrive at qualification with a good team and leave a perfect and complete database at who arrive after me.

Now I can't see skills players and I have some difficulties to find right position in my tactics and I see postions used from old Coach to undersatend better. i use tactics in base of skills player and I think that not is important talk about 433,442 or 451, but find right tatctic for our youngs.

Today we play first match against Latvja and I study 2 different tactis for this match, with 3 substitutions during the game, to know 14 youngs!

I'm sure that I organize a great job with NT and database and I have pleasure if someone write me to be in my staff.

In next week I will open others thread to talk about training, transfer market and othhers project. If you want sell your youngs pulled write me and I post their to my friends in all world.

Thank you tetova, it's very important for me.UIn these days I'm doing a great job, all you received my mails, I write to 50-60 users in all world to complete database.
Now, after 3 days from my firts access, we have around 25 players. We started from 7!

I see game against Latvjia and I see that we have some difficulties in defending and an only gk, not strong.

I think that with 10 active users, we can have good results, we need one trainer for GK, 3 for mid, 3 for def, 3 for strikers and we have a very good starting.

I knew some makedonijan users in these days and I'm very happy for their job with NT youngs. In sokker, as in real life, not is important win, but give the best.

I'm looking for men that want give the best for their NT!

Today evening we play against South Africa. We have a big proble, best our 3 forwards are injured!
We try to play with a particular tactics to solve this proble. I prepared two tactics and 3 substitutions during the game.

From today play players updated and I prefer use players owned from Makedonijan users that writed me in this week (thank you guys), I can' t play with youngs not updated, not in dtatabase or with form very low.

Many players are 19 years old, I don't like use 18 years now, but there are many strongs in database.

Today against South Africa we have some hope to play good, but in this condition, againsta a strong team, we lose!

Hello friends, you are men with a few words, I see:D

This week we play against Ireland, I think that will be a match to difficult for this moment.
We Have Blazev, Grozev, Lozancev and Karcev out for injury, I can't use. I'm looking for Danko Pancev:D

Last week I try Pasarikov, terrible! Our striker failed 10 easy goals. Today I play with only mid, some guys are 19 years old.
I try 2 differents tactics today and try a young Gk in last minute, I try an users that train this young and I want help him if him help us!
We are an uncommon NT u21, we haven't a good GK, our best not is strong.
I think that in future we can have at least one strikers, possibilities that we have out all strikers, as in these 2 weeks, is rare.

I remeber that who want talk with me can write here or in my sokker mail, I want know you!

you doing good job right now :) this season as i said to you is difficult, the biggest strenght is in attack but you were realy unlucky to have 2 of 3 attackers injured... gk popovski is 13 gk and 13 pace...

i have one user which train GK, but there are no players, if you find someone please tell me

Without striker it's impossible play, but today we do a good match.
I used a defender and a middlefielder as striker and failed three easy goals.Defenders and middlefielders not are champions but with 2 substitutions can I have always players ready to run.

We have two striker strong and in next game I can have, but we play against strong Venezuela, my last NT. I can say that we haven't players that venezuela have, another level...for now.

We improve if we want job in good way and I already find makedonjian users that wantpartecipate to my project.

I'm here to build a good nT, an NT that can lose, but with grat honour!I want a great hearth during the matches!

i do not know why you didnt played boris paraskev yesterday? he would score goals for sure...

but when i see that you said that we have 2 strikers i think you forgot for him, because we have 3 great strikers, blazev, paraskev, grosev... i think that i saw that paraskev did not had any suspension or injury, if i did not saw well i apologise

the only goal this season is to be in first 32, i think with all players healthy you can do it

i used many young players in last match, nt is improving. now we have some players interesting for next important season.

we need 2 strikers beccause Paraskev and Grozev will be 21 yeasr in next season. Middlefielders and defenders not are champions but we have good players.

this week we play against Tunis withunder 20 selection, i'm satisfied of game. blazev false striker and 2 wings, i see the future of this nt.
next season these player play in qualification to world cup.
