i'm desperate about over all of my player passing rarely meet the target, also when my player often keep dribbling rather than quickly pass the ball when there's a chance!! :( :( :p, more long rather than short, i guess it's need passing and playmaking skill, my player passing already more than excell so i guess i need train playmaking but if i do that my current NT player will also receive playmaking training rather than defending skill

Excellent passing is good enough for defensive midfielders, but central mids, offensive mids and especially wingers need a lot more. You can see the skills of my winger, and he only made 1 decent cross ...
As I remember, Buwono has quite low playmaking too, so he could use some as well :)

can you tell me the passing of the other forward in the squad so i know what lvl to target and so i can watch the different by watching the nt match? (by mail if necessary)

Tomorrow we play with our U21 squad against a new nation on sokker since this season: Jamaica. We play U21 (I asked for some U22 players and it was no problem, but I just figured out a line up with only 21 years old or younger). The starting players are all aged between 18 and 21 years old. I hope our young forwards can do something as I will give some very young ones a chance there. Also 2 fixed substitutions and 1 conditional in case we win by 2 or more goals after 75 minutes.

Go Iswantoro.
Nice match, 5 goals and 1 asistent :D
And red tarjet in Jamaica for him :P
2008-05-24 10:24:58
yet he has the brains of a donkey. Just watch the match and see what he misses :p
Anyway, shots on goal 38-2, less than 25% on our half and lots of ball possession. Our U21 really kicked their asses but the scoring was really a problem. Only 2-0 after 45 minutes (including 1 own goal). In the end it was 8-1.

About the team:
In the goal we had as usual Laksono.
Central defenders were Danubrata and Burhanuddin, with next to them Natakusama and Buwono. Sujianto is too old for U21 and Hendro is better than Buwono but in tragic form.
Midfield consisted of 3 players in a triangle with 1 defensive mid (Kabagaimu) and 2 offensive mids (Kartiko and Arismunandar). Kartiko was replaced after 75 minutes by Mahuse.
The men who had to score were 18 year old Kristianto (after 70 minutes 18 yo Anwar) - Iswantoro - Tagor (after 65 minutes Mulyana).
The defensive line played quite high, using their high defending skill to take back their attackers and giving them the chance to steal the ball from their wingers. Kabagaimu acted more like central mid than as defensive mid.

About the opponent:
They had 1 shot at goal which was saved by laksono and 1 bizarre action that ended with a goal (4-1). They conceded a red card for their central defender and their managar had forgotten (or didn't know) to give orders, to we played a long time with 3 attackers vs 3 defenders.

Next: U21 game against Bolivia
2008-05-30 16:43:31
Rectification: as the players aged today, tomorrow's game will be an U22 :)
Did some tactical efforts, but it's hard to say if they'll work out, as some players are not that good :)

Well, good match, Iswantoro has 1 asistents and 1 goals, good, minute 89 :P :P

Hehe, Bolivia was better than Indonesia but Indonesia could win the match with Iswantoro at the suplement.

Luck.
2008-05-31 09:38:25
Well, we played 75' with 10 after the red card + we had an injury, so we had a lot of bad luck. But they needed extra time to win against 10 Indonesians, so we can't complain :)

Bah, there are some things that bother me ...
1/ why do our defenders sometimes kick the ball across the whole field ... in width and not in depth, thus giving the ball to the opponent who can put a player free on goal with a header ... (think we condede 1 goal like this and had several occasions against us ...
2/ Makatindu had to replace Mahuse ... after 50 minutes I think. Mahuse was sent off after 42 minutes, so we played without a low wing. That was ok. But after 47 minutes Arismunandar is injured. So what happens:
42th minute: Mahuse is sent off, we have to continue without a low winger
47th minute: Aceng can't play anymore and is substituted by Makatindu
50th minute: as set in the orders, Makatindu moves to the position of Mahuse, thus we fill in the low winger spot again, BUT WE LOSE A DEFENSIVE MIDFIELDER ...
There should be a way in which you can say: player X takes spot of player Y, only if X isn't on the field yet ... because now we had lots of pressure and 1 vs 1 against us (there mid could pass with all the time of the world).
Anyway, 89th minute, Iswantoro draws level again and in extra time, Iswantoro started teaching them what CountAttacking is, but he hits the post twice ... And then, we lose 3 minutes before the end of extra time :(

was a good match, Bolivia missed a lot oportunities, and an injury too, so we lose that men.

good luck in WC

PD: Iswantoro had luck in goal. ;)

Sorry, Iswantoro hasn´t got a good level in striker, but in 2 weeks a train it.

The last game of the term will be played against a stronger opponent: Malta. with the World Cup Qualifications ahead, I do not want to risk injuries, especially not for the Indonesian defenders. So probably I'll give players like Burhanuddin, Danubrata, Kabaimu some rest. But I'd like your opinions to be sure. Here you see the current standings of the teams Indonesia, Malta (friendly) and Andorra (WCQ).

38 Malta 1625.70
61 Indonesia 1042.59
76 Andorra 786.51

Option 1
I field the best team against Malta.
=> advantage: if we win, we have a decent jump in ranking.
=> disadvantage: injured players with 14 or more days will miss the first game against a stronger team in WCQ.

Option 2
I field some B players (defenders and Goalkeeper) as those should be ready for the World Cup Qualifation games against Andorra and other nations.
=> advantage: we can start the WCQ with our best squad and maybe work a miracle.
=> disadvantage: chances that we lose the friendly game become bigger.

Besides, don't forget that the NT players also can get injured when they are playing league or cup matches.

I've talked with Malta's coach, and he will field som B players, as Malta was seeded as 3rd team and to become third in their group, they have to win their first match against the 4th seeded team. Therefore, I think it would be a good idea to field som B squad players as well ... but the choice is up to you. I won't open a new topic for a poll, so just put it in this topic and add your idea :)
Option 1: 0
Option 2: 0
2008-06-06 13:56:59
Took the decision. If we compare with the last match against Bolivia, only Iswantoro will still be with the starting 11 :)
2008-06-06 17:17:56
my vote: use b squad, dont risk injury

we do have 51 player in the squad so maybe we have chance by playing the other 40? ;)
