Hello,
Who am I?
My name is Lennert Machtelinckx.
I live in Belgium, in a town called Geraardsbergen.
I'm 17years old.
My Team
- 5x league winner
- 1x runner-up
- 2x Quarter final of the cup
- ..
Experience?
Yes!
* Assistant coach Belgium -> 4 seasons (Final WC, Semi-Final U21WC)!
* Assistant coach Indonesia -> 1 season!
* Scout Belgium -> 2.5 seasons!
What about Indonesia
Last season I was langhe's assistant.
With those experience, I know already a lot about the strong/weak points.
We're not qualified for WC, so I'll try to arrange a lot of 'nice' friendlies.
In that case, we'll play the most part against lower ranked countries (if we win, we'll gain points -> we'll raise our ranking -> easier group on the next WC (normally))
But, I'll arange also a few 'tests' against high(er) ranked countries!
My first assistant will be langhe!

Anyway, this is the guy who helped me with some tactics. To give an example, the idea for the tactics against scotland were his. He helped me a lot last season, and if he gets elected, I'll become his assistant (so that would mean we just swapped places).
