Hi everyone!

It seems coach Mison has quit and coach Bemann does not want to continue either.

I have applied for Indonesia u21.

This season we do not play in WC finals so we can say it is a transitional season.

I am here for this season and will step down next season if someone wants to try and qualify to the next WC.

I have been u21 Scottish coach in a similar transitional season in the past.

No promises are made but with my experience from 2010 when I started the game I would realistically try to :

1. Keep Indonesia u21 in top42 of sokker ranking / we are 38 now and Indonesia national team is 48 in ranking.

2. Participate in the Mamma Mia Mini World Cup and pass the group stage. Indonesia u20 won the last version with coach Mison but it would be hard to repeat.

3. Book u20 friendlies because we want our next qualification to have strong 21yo players.

4. Engage with Indonesia sokker users to try and make our teams better, focusing on ACADEMIES & ECONOMY. These last 2 things are my specialty.

5. Update the u21 ntdb, the database is our treasure and every player counts.

6. Give playing time and experience to players that are 17-20 if their managers train them correctly and if they have potential to be national team material.

I have been coach of Scotland u21 in 2016, with my previous account. As BoJack.

I was scout for several seasons under the Italian coach Davormar, in Greece.

In 9.5 years of sokker I achieved to have a steady flow of defenders play for Greece, up to 5 at the same time were trained by me, 1 of them has 99 caps in his long career, Iakovos Zelelidis def-mid.

I was in top 12 of Greek users when I was active there.

With Scotland I organised the database and today's nt players had been my players u21 back in 2016. Right now I train keepers and have the best u20 Scottish keeper in the game.

I am the coach to transition this boring season that has friendlies only, I will step down if Mison or any experienced coach comes next season. I will update the database, scout players, try to work with you to leave some good work for the next coaches.

Tactically I am not the best, but I enjoy 4-4-2 or 5-3-2 sometimes. I like tight games but it really depends on the players we have and I can only imagine them to be similar to Scottish players as we also have less than 30 active users.

Hmm...

Do you have an idea about the current quality of Indonesia players?

I don't have access to the ntdb so the answer is no.

If similar to Scotland u21 then the quality is very low with maybe 1-3 star players and lots of mediocre low quality players.

It's certainly not about one season. Indonesia has enough players, but the need to communicate with managers and talk about training. It's a longer run.There are enough players, but with lots of mediocre or middle quality. Greater star is missing. Now I am out of time lately, so I am considering continuing NT. But certainly there will be many players who could represent. Still daring?

If someone has a 3-5 season plan I am ready to step away.

We have booked most friendlies for Indonesia u21 and some of them are strong. Focus is on players under 20.

The database is new to me and will try to organise things in best possible way.

I will contact all Indonesian managers soon to chat a bit about academies, juniors, the ntu21.
