Good morning everyone, I am your candidate selection u21, have a grand experience of u21 teams,I coach Portugal u21 (7 season),Russia u21 (1 season) and Peru u21 (2 season).
My project is for 3 season,first season play friendly u20 and u19( no play u21),second QWC and friendly u20(preparing players for the WC),third season try to make a good WC and preparing team prepare for the future.~

why Indonesia u21, play friendly U21?
we have to play Friendly u19 because these players will be playing QWC,this players will win rotines and experience,very important the future.
