Subject: [U21] mison

Hi everybody

My name is mison. I played this game for 10 years. I was coach of Czech Republic, Czech Republic U21, Albania, Algeria U21 and Armenia U21 team. Last season, I was with Czech Rep. team on World Cup. I won WC Group and lost in osmifinal with Vietnam, but Czech team was better in this match. :C

My program for Indonesia U21: If you'll election me, I prepare team for next qualification and I promise, that Indonesia U21 has a chance to advance on World Cup. What I need? I need this season for consolidation of team and I need support and activity from this community.

I have some questions.
1. Do You have a formula, the minimum requirements of the players for each position? may I know it!
2. Do You use the same formation/tactic for all matches?

1, It is very hard to say, because it depends how strong this team is. I have stricter requirements on players in Czech team than in Albania team. Coach have limited selection and has to choose the best players.
2. Never... Coach has to use many tactics.

In my opinion, Indonesia has a big potentional. Actually, Indonesia U21 is on 61. place in world ranking. When I was coach in Hyastan U21 I moved up this team on 39. place with worse team than Indonesia actually has.

I'm afraid only one thing. Last two seasons I was coach in Czech Republic. Czech Republic has mark about 75-80. It will be big jump to Indonesia U21. I will need several weeks to warm up... :D on U21 level. Maybe, I will need patience from you at start.

1. so first, you need to know the players and then make some formulas for selecting the players. I think would do the same way if I was You :)

Our rival is quite weak, but fortis (coach of South Africa) will play with U21. Unfortunately, our best player deffender Junedi has a red card on this match. But I want win this match. We have atts and mids in good form and I hope, that this match will be very atractive for you.
