I'm glad that community share my opinion about NT handling. Thanks to everyone!

My first task will be to organize NT database and collect as much data about players as possible.

WCQ matches are coming, I don't forget about it. But first things first,

If any of the Indonesian managers wants to work a bit in the staff as a scout, I'm inviting you, just let me know.

Link also will be available on NT page soon. Please, do updates frequently, after each skill jump. It's very important to both NT coaches, helps to better select players for the position on the pitch, and to monitor player's progress.

Defeat with Australia 0:2.
I've tried brave tactic, with no success obviously. Secod thing is that engine messed up the tactic settings. Winger was converted to central mid, mid was converted to winger and both defmids with my DEF description were coverted to MID descriptions. I've checked settings three times....

Despite this I take full responsibility for defeat.

Scouting is going slowly. Some managers responding to my questions about player's skills, some declined it, and others don't read my messages yet. So I know current skills of 5-6 players from potential first lineup. Better situation is in reserves and observation list. But those players need more time to achieve good international level.

I continue my work on scouting and with database. One thing I can promise now is next match I'll use less brave tactic:)

Congratulations :) but don't be so nervous, in this match I was definitely not helped by 2 injuries, including one of the winger, where he is defmid with great speed, then defmid injury and the forward comes for him, because I had no more mids . The potential of Indonesia is much greater than that of Morocco, so you should be doing much better as well. Good luck in the rematch with Australia, because let's be better too, but Karol is a good manager, so it will be an interesting match for sure.

WCQ are over. We finished in 4th place.

Bulgaria and Nederland were out of range, as I predicted. Australia should be in our range, however we only tied today and first match we lost. I can understand it, they have very good tactician as a NT coach. I'm not as good as he is, obviously.

I don't understand at all our draw against Cymru. I don't like explaining myself stupidly, but I can't find other explanation than match engine randomness, honestly.

Our small success was our scoring in matches against Nederland, the strongest team in our group. W are the only team who scored 3 goals against them in a single match (3:5). Adding our 2 goals in second match (2:4), we scored almost half of the goals they conceded in the entire qualifying round.

One way or another we could do better in WCQ, therefore I'm not going to start for NT coach position next season. I didn't do well enough.

On the other hand I have fulfilled my promise about database. Database is updated, ready for next NT coach. I hope he/she will be more successful than I was.

One more thing I need to say is a warning about future NT power. Older players are ending their NT careers one by one. The younger ones aren't that good, except for a few. So NT power is weakening. Train your Indonesia players persistently to restore the former NT strength.
