Nama saya Czarek, saya sudah bermain sokker sejak tahun 2020. Sebelumnya, saya bermain sedikit pada tahun 2005-2007.

Saya saat ini bermain di liga ke-3 Polandia.
Musim lalu adalah yang pertama sejak saya tidak finis podium di liga (rata-rata liga 66,2). Dulu, saya adalah pelatih kepala timnas Georgia. Selama 3 musim, berhasil menaikkan rating dari -500 menjadi 500. Saya ingin terlibat dalam proyek jangka panjang dengan komunitas yang aktif

Secara pribadi, saya bekerja di IT, Dan karena pekerjaan jarak jauh, saya punya banyak waktu untuk bermain :D
Sebagai hobi, saya suka bermain catur (puncak 2000 ELO) dan poker. ;)

In the past, I was the head coach of the Georgian national team.For 3 seasons, managed to raise the rating from -500 to 500. I would like to get involved in a long-term project with an active community

Privately, I work in IT, And due to remote work, I have a lot of time to play :D
As a hobby, I like to play chess( peak 2000 ELO) and poker. ;)

What is your short, medium and long term program for Indo NT?

What is your comment/evaluation about current Indonesian NT squad? and its achievement so far?

Thanks traxex, personally I don't use whatsapp much, but if it helps in communication, I don't see any obstacles ;)

As the national team is not going to the World Cup the most important thing will be to test new solutions in friendly matches. It's important to find a replacement for players who will be very old in the next cycle like:

I see the potential in the national team to play around 75 average notes. Of course, the notes do not play, but this level allows to fight for promotion to the WC. I am also most interested in supporting users in the training and development of the club, because strong clubs are a strong national team ;)

I don't want to criticize the previous national coach, Turkey and Bosnia are very experienced and strong national teams, but teams like Bolivia have to be beaten if you dream of going to the WC. As I prefer single wing tactics, I would try to use more I Gede Danang Azhari [37026036]. I would like to use him in a role like playing in a club, which is very close to the sideline. I think that in combination with attack line players who play average 75-80 ratings, they can create a very deadly attack.

For sure representation need a few tactics depending on the strength of the opponent. We can't go out in the same setting on Japan and Turkey. In addition, I see some holes between the players in the defense, which I think need to be improved.

So, from your point of view, where should our NT Team be? And is it achievable if you manage this team? (For ranking & point)

First of all, the most important thing is to get to TOP51, to be in Pot 3 of the WC qual. I believe there is a complete minimum plan for Indonesia.
From this point, we can confidently attack the promotion to WC.
