Please share tips on identifying the minimum standards for good young players... :

Junior selection is done as follows:
• I keep players aged 16, 17, and 18, who will leave the junior academy at the latest at 19.
• For 16- and 17-year-old players, I keep those who enter the academy with a minimum level of 5 and monitor their development and talent during this period.
• For 18-year-old players, I keep those who enter with a level of 7 (good), and I also monitor their development.

Does playing in the junior league have a positive effect on his level development?:

When they enter your academy, you will have two categories of players: goalkeepers (GK) and outfield players.
Playing in the junior league helps you figure out which position a player might be suited for, and I’ve also noticed it helps you track their development—both improvements and declines.

and how to choose the position, while we don't know the skills?:
I choose the starting eleven as follows:
• For the goalkeeper (GK), I use one of the players who entered as a GK. If I have two goalkeepers, I start the one with the higher rating, while the second one plays 30–45 minutes.
• The rest of the players are selected based on their rating history, where you can notice certain players performing well in specific positions. For example, a defender might achieve a rating of 30–40 — that player should be used as a defender.
• Also, by watching the match, you can identify players who make good passes, others who have speed, or some who score many goals. Based on these performances, you choose your players.
