wah klo efeknya secara details gak tau juga, yg jelas pengaruh ke dalam training pemain2 aja, skill main coach tetep yg paling penting, hanya assistent ngebantu juga mempercepat kayaknya...

klo persentasenya, di international forum aja masih pada beda2 pendapatnya :)
