Well i have pretty good understanding about junior team but too bad so far no luck with talent and skill i pull, next week i'll have 2 formid junior ready, one of them have 4w talent so let's just hope :). Before joining Indonesian league, i play in england at div II.1

Not al the indonesian managers have a great background and are rookies. You have probably noticed many of your YP in our NT ;-)
