i guess he is too weak as striker and as midfielder ...

Actually he has nice talent but ı need to learn requirements...And old owner told me^+3 pace +2 striker he would be u21 player?:S

he' turning 18 as well ...

He pops up in pace every two weeks...

from my experience as a scout, right now he is too weak compared to U21 NT players. Their skill is around excellent-formidable level. next week he's 18, but if you can train him up to that level, he has a chance. Don't worry, he still has 3 seasons. :)

how about you keep training him for a season than report back the progress of his skills :)

his current skill is no match for any requirement, no matter how talented he is ;) so keep training him

what will be happen to my youth who is ready to be contract but i leave him for a while like for a week until next Thursday ? will he also being aging if i pull later not this week ?

your youth school becomes older together with your squad. This morning all players aged, including your juniors in the junior school :)
