these days, it's quite difficult to produce good juniors. it's true that our users are raising, but it's always depend on old managers when it comes to juniors. I've scout some relatively new managers(play game around 1 year), many of them even didn't have juniors. they prefer to buy old players to boost their performance instantly and get promotion as fast as possible.

I understand. And even if you like to have a youth school, during the first seasons its almost impossible to sustain. Brilliant coach at least, quite a wage. Keeping places open, 10k each, ... New system also requires you to keep juniors longer before you notice they dont have talent ...
Newer nations or nations with smaller schools suffer quite a lot from it

yes. for that reason I had to reduce my ys capacity from 25 to 18... :|

@nighters : lagi fokus latih def, mumpung lagi koleksi 8 defender muda yang berskill international (lebay..:D), tapi hasrat bisa rontok kalo ada yg ngebid tinggi cos lagi butuh dana buat beli striker..
