It difficult to work with only players from your own nation. In belgium its impossible :-) you have a to small amount of money to work with the youth from the beginning now i have 7 youth places

I have toke a look at every competition and looked at the highest rating. the highest rating in Indonesia last game was 44% by a goalkeeper Ahmad Sutedjo (I have made a small list with the best ratings in Indonesia)
