can you rephrase that question it's a little bit unclear.
Training statima goes faster than training passing.
You train statima for a whole team and passing for a section of your team (GK/DEF/MID/ATT)

in beginning, my training is stamina and training match order DEF. then i change it into passing but still DEF. is it good??
Statima-training is for the whole team (witch order you take=everybody same)
If you train passing you main order DEF now will the defenders get the full passing training and the GK(goalkeeper), MID(midfielders) and ATT(attackers) only a percentage of this training ;-)
statima= for every player (100% training)
pace= for every player that plays (friendly about 80-85% training;competition game about 90%)
all the other training-types are position(order)-dependent (for the players who got the order:friendly about 80-85% training;competition game about 90%, the other players less)
friendly+competitiongame=100% training
